With all of our recent talk of how well-suited VoIP is for small and medium businesses, here’s another new product mixing the low-cost voice service with customer relation management tools.
CRM ASP, a software-as-a-service CRM provider, recently announced that it has integrated Vonage VoIP services into its CRM platform. The integration provides customers with one-click calling, automating phone dialing and outbound sales campaigns.
CRM first integrated Skype and now will use Vonage in its CRM system.
“The new generation of software-as-a-service companies like CRM ASP and FreeCRM.com is ushering in the new era of integrated telecommunications and software,” said Eric Stone, CEO of CRM ASP, Inc., parent company to FreeCRM.com. “Now SMBs have access to a fully integrated VOIP system in Vonage, providing tremendous cost savings for inbound and outbound call automation. The opportunity for small and medium sized businesses to take advantage of tremendous cost savings with Vonage VOIP services coupled with our web-based, on-demand CRM platform is a winning combination.”
The integration of Vonage with the CRM software is designed to offer businesses a low-cost, simple solution.
FreeCRM.com boasts 75,000 businesses and 90,000 subscribers. It offers unlimited data storage and XML data integration, Microsoft Outlook integration, Palm Pilot, RIM / BlackBerry and Pocket PC support and now Vonage VOIP integration.
